Steve & the team were fantastic. Everything from quotation to instruction was smooth. On the day, Steve and the lads arrived on time and made easy work of packing our house up, disassembling things where required and ensured everything was protected. We did not recevie our keys until about 3pm, rather than the anticipated 1pm - this was no problem for the guys, who worked extremely hard and went above and beyond including getting creative to get large items of furniture into the new house which did not look like they would fit and working well past 5pm without complaint. Would recommend to anyone looking to take the stress off moving day.Posted on GoogleVlad B18 August 2026We've had an exceptional experience with Moved Removals on our recent house move. Everything from the quote, the reassurances, and the move itself were top notch. Steve, Diesel, Gary, Fred, Graham, Charlie all attended across the 2 days it took to pack and unpack us, and all of them were absolute gentlemen, treated our house and our belongings with respect, and we had a good laugh together too. Although on the day of the completion the keys were a bit late, all the guys were here until every box was unloaded and every piece of furniture put back together. I wouldn't use anyone else for removals, on the Wirral or anywhere else, absolutely top notch service and very competitive prices.Posted on GoogleLorraine M21 July 2026What can I say about Steve and his team! This is the 2nd time I’ve used them! 1st was 8 years ago. I can honestly say I have never met a more kind bunch of lads before. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond. They were with us the whole day and boy did they work hard for their money. They’re worth so much more. Would highly recommend them every time! Thank you so much for everything you did. Come round soon for a barbecue 😃Posted on GooglePaul O18 July 2026Brilliant team of professional and friendly staff.Posted on GooglePauline M13 July 20261st class service, move could not have gone smoother I would recommend the service to anyone.Posted on GoogleCaroline D13 July 2026Steve and his team made a stressful day calm and even fun. You could not wish for a better service What did we like the most? Everything! Steve and his team were punctual, utterly professional, super competent and really friendly. They took the greatest care with our stuff and worked like Trojans all day with a smile. Moving is stressful and frightening and a lot of work. Moved really take the strain and moved an infeasible quantity of stuff in record time. You could not want or imagine better service. These guys are the business! Massive thanks to Steve, Dom, Chris, Gary and Charlie (Carlos).Posted on GoogleStuart C3 May 2026Fabulous house move experience two days ago. Steve and his team were very hard working, thorough and professional. Highly recommended.Posted on GoogleSarah D2 May 2026Steve and the whole team from ‘moved’ were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I was down sizing from a big detached house into a 4 storey townhouse. It was not easy, it was a hot day with heavy furniture going up and down lots of narrow stairs. The team all worked so hard and took all the stress off me, none of them complained, they were all so polite and kind and caring and made me feel so well looked after on a stressful and emotional day. From the initial visit to assess my home Steve was so helpful and reassuring. He had pictures on an iPad of all the equipment they use and the vans etc. The communication was excellent, clear concise emails and queries/calls answered. On the day my doors, TVs, furniture, mattresses etc were all packed in specialised, padded, clean, protective equipment - very reassuring. They also dismantled and rebuilt the larger items. Thank you guys for all making me feel so well looked after. I know moving is stressful for everyone but as a new widow doing this alone with a lot of emotion attached your service truly made all the difference. Cannot recommend Moved Removals highly enough. Thank you!!

Handled everything with so much care and was a seamless transition. Arrived safely to my new property in perfect condition, the guys were so polite and accommodating. Always a phone call away if I had any questions about the move. Thank you so much guys for making a stressful day seamless.Posted on GoogleNaomi B18 January 2026So glad I went with these guys, they all worked so hard. Didn’t believe they could empty a 5 bed house in just over 2 hours but they did. They actually made the experience fun - I would highly recommend Moved Removals & Storage. Price was same as quoted elsewhere, vans packed efficiently. Loads of help at the new place - and two cute dogs to play with whilst we moved - perfect for us :-)Posted on GoogleNaz H4 January 2026Steve from Moved Removals was recommended to me by someone I know. I filled in an online form on their website around 6.10pm as I thought it would be too late to call as it was after 6pm. However, around 10 minutes later I received a call from him on my mobile asking how he could help. I explained that the delivery company for my two new sofas could not deliver them up the exterior spiral staircase and also said that they said the sofas would not fit through the front door. Coincidentally, Steve had moved a large sofa out for our ex tenant last September so he knew exactly what I was talking about and reassured me it would totally be possible and to get the sofas delivered to him at his storage facility. This we did. Today, he and his men had no issues with delivering them. They did a fantastic job and because the price was so competitive and they went the extra mile we actually paid him a little bit extra. Steve really cares about giving good customer service and going the extra mile. I highly recommend Steve and his team.Posted on GoogleNicky S30 November 2025Have just had the pleasure of using Moved Removals to move the lady who I look after twice! They had to move her out of her flat, put her belongings into their storage facility then move her into her new bungalow 2 weeks later. The lads can't do enough for you, they were fast, very consensious and made the entire move stress free. Thank you to Steve and and the lads for making what is usually a very stressful time into a hassle free and stress free process.Posted on GoogleMichael R28 November 2025Brilliant service by ste and the lads. Survey and quote completed very quickly and helpful with all queries and questions. On the day arrived early and basically packed the house in the van in about 2 hours. Then once i had the keys they were at the property in about 10mins. The service was top drawer and I have already recommended moved removals to others.Posted on Facebook

Would highly recommend. Hard working and supportive. Excellent company, was the only reliable and stress free part of the entire move process. Super reasonable quotation to begin with and then flexible, adaptable when we had issues with estate agents and solicitor's. Even though the house was delayed, they still arrived and completed late into the night. The team were diligent and professional throughout, great with the family and dog. Couldn’t thank you enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Posted on GoogleDavid B23 November 2025Would highly recommend. Hard working and supportive. Posted on GoogleLouisa H22 November 2025Amazing service by very patient staff. I booked at very short notice for a 6 bedroom property move with a 2 day service, Diesel came to my property and sent the quote within an hour. On the day of removal I was unsure completion was going ahead the next day due to solicitors, this didn’t phase the lads in the slightest they assured me my belongings would be stored in a safe lockup fully insured nothing was too much trouble or rushed. They disassembled all wardrobes & beds, boxes and furniture were covered to enable zero damage. All carpets and doors were also protected. I did not receive my keys until late Steve, Diesel and the team were incredible they reassembled all furniture and all boxes were in the correct rooms they did not finish until 8pm on a Friday night!! The service was completely stress free. Extremely professional removal team, very happy with all aspects of the service provided. They made the stressful process of moving home very swift and totally stress free. Would highly recommend, if I ever needed storage or removals in the future MRS would be the first place I came!! I forgot to mention I have a dog, they fussed over her and made sure she didn’t leave the gate. Thanks lads your whole team is amazing!!
Posted on GoogleJulie H13 November 2025Outstanding service for my mother’s recent move. All the team were polite, friendly and courteous. You made the day perfect for Mum, and lessened the stress of relocating to a new area.
